Het asymmetrische Terreria - Boekenrek/rek module werd ontworpen voor Moroso.

Het rek bestaat uit diverse aparte modules die naar smaak gecombineerd kunnen worden tot een boekenrek met diverse afmetingen. Er zijn vier modules voorhanden die in verschillende combinaties op en naast elkaar geplaatst kunnen worden. De elementen hebben afmetingen van respectievelijk 40 x 17,5 x 30,5 cm, 40 x 27 x 30,5 cm, 40 x 27 x 30,5 cm en 40 x 28,5 x 30,5 cm. Ze zijn vervaardigd uit terracotta en porselein en worden in verschillende aardekleuren uitgevoerd.

Om een Terreria - Boekenrek/rek module samen te stellen, zijn er meerdere elementen nodig. Idealiter kiest u de elementen in functie van de boeken die u erin wil opbergen en de ruimte die u hebt voor het plaatsen van het boekenrek.

De elementen van het Terreria - Boekenrek/rek module bestaan uit drie rechte en een schuine zijde, wat ze een dynamische en organische uitstraling geeft. Hierdoor vormen ze een blikvanger in uw interieur. U kunt starten met een klein rek en het later uitbreiden tot een volledige muur, omdat er altijd elementen toegevoegd kunnen worden aan het boekenrek. Het boekenrek past zowel binnen een moderne als een klassieke inrichting.

Diversen	Terracotta components, available in four different geometric configurations. Blocks are 30 cm.deep, 40 cm. high and vary in width between 25 and 35 cm. To assemble, the single components are stacked on top of each other. The maximum height for a self-supporting " bookcase " without wall-mounting is 200 cm. while there is no width limit. The weight of the single components is between 5 and 7 kgs; thus each row weighs approximately 35 kgs per linear metre. Between 5 and 7 components are needed per square metre. There are an infinite number of different configurations. Features Assembly simply involves positioning single blocks on top of each other, using bi-adhesive spacers or a suitable silicone adhesive between each component. While the elements can be configured as desired, attention must be paid to stability. To ensure that the bookcase is stable the blocks should not be aligned directly on top of each other but laid like brickwork with each single component resting on two lower blocks. Should the configuration chosen include a space, the size of the space must not exceed the width of a single block, so no larger than 17 cm. The blocks can also be used upside down given that the angle of the sides is the same for each piece to make fitting them together easier.The blocks must be joined together, and for even greater safety, fixed to the floor or wall if they are adjoining. Blocks can be joined using the bi-adhesive spacers supplied or using a suitable silicone adhesive or tile adhesive. Bi-adhesive kit. Blocks come with 4 bi-adhesive sheets which can be cut to size (minimum recommended width 3 cm.) and attached to the 4 lower corners of each block. To ensure that the adhesive works effectively blocks, should be clean. Note To ensure the safe installation of the bookcase, especially if not correctly fixed to a wall using a suitable mounting, it is recommended that no more than 5 vertical rows are used (200 cm. high). The bookcase should not be climbed on, and if not fixed to a wall, should not be within reach of unsupervised children.
